The Sarveshaam mantra is found in Upanishads, where it is invoked in the beginning of some topics of Upanishads.
Peace mantra always ends with 3 utterances of word „Shanti“. The principal motive for uttering the mantra for 3 times is for calming, relaxing and removing obstacles in 3 realms which are:
- Physical or Adhi-Bhautika;
- Divine or Adhi-Daivika;
- Internal or Adhyaatmika.
Sarveshaam Shanti mantra lyrics:
”Aum sarveshaam svastir bhavatu, sarveshaam shaantir bhavatu,
Sarveshaam poornam bhavatu, sarveshaam mangalam bhavatu,
Sarve bhavantu sukhinah, sarve santu niraamayaah,
Sarve bhadraani pashyantu, maa kashchidh dukh bhaag-bhavet.”

Let it be so ordained, that all the people experience well-being,
Let all the people experience tranquility or peace,
Let all the people experience completeness and wholeness,
Let them experience auspiciousness and prosperity.
