6 Soothing Sanskrit Mantras For Healing

Sanskrit Mantras

The benefits of Sanskrit mantras for healing.

Traditionally, in India, the method of conveying awakening consciousness is particularly through mantra. In the mystical yogic tradition, there is less emphasis in spiritual teachings through sacred text or even oral teachings and much of the wisdom and knowledge is transmitted through the mantra energy that awakens the inner knowledge and wisdom.

The word „mantra” is Sanskrit and it signifies sacred word or sacred syllable. Across the literature, Sanskrit mantras are described as healing vibrational formulas that are chanted silently within, spoken, or sung outwardly. They make a precise sound, a healing frequency that conveys a directive into our sub-consciousness.

Each sacred mantra holds a specific dimension of reality. For instance, when we recite a mantra for the goddess of abundance, we will see that we reflect abundance in our realities.

Understand the power of chanting of mantras to be tapping into the realities we desire. When there is a deep fear and we chant a specific mantra, we are creating an energy field to defend ourselves.

The more we trust the capacities of the mantra and chant the mantra from our heart in its intent, the better the mantra works to create the specific reality that we seek.

The sacred chanting of Sanskrit mantras provides us with the power to attain our objectives and lift ourselves from the ordinary to the higher level of consciousness. These powerful sounds give us the power to cure diseases, acquire supernatural powers, ward off evils, gain wealth, worship a deity for exalted communion and for attaining a higher state of consciousness and liberation.
