Description:

Practicing this Kundalini mantra dissolves all types of material and psychic hindrances in one’s daily life. The mantra is a sure protector against a car, train, plane and other types of accidents. The first part of the mantra will surround you with a potent energy of protection, the second part will remove spiritual hindrances from your path and the third part will dissolve all types of hindrances from your mundane life.

Meditation:

Sit or lie comfortably (preferably in the easy pose). It is not necessary to force yourself into a lotus position if you are not used to it. No matter how you sit, it is essential to maintain the natural curve of your back.

Close your eyes and mentally scan your physical body, relaxing each body part one at a time. Start with your toes, feet, ankles, shins and gently continue to move up your entire body. In addition, don’t forget to relax your shoulders, neck, eyes, face, jaw and tongue which are all frequent areas for us to hold mental and emotional tensions.

Start saying your mantra, either out loud or internally, as you concentrate on the meaning of the triple mantra. Meditate on the meaning, go deep and develop your own understanding.

When your attention wanders, as it naturally will, you just come back to the mantra recitation. Having your attention wander is perfectly normal (for beginners and advanced meditators), a part of the process, and will happen a million times. When you notice that you’re off on a train of thought, just slowly disengage from the thought stream and go back to the mantra meditation.

Practice with this mantra and discover for yourself how it heals you, removing sorrow, sadness, and disease. As long as you practice this mantra daily, you will be protected on this Earth.

When you are ready to end your meditation practice, slowly bring your conscious attention back to your surroundings. Open your eyes. Acknowledge your presence in the space around you. Gently wiggle your toes and fingers. Start to move your feet, hands, arms and legs. Move slowly and take your time getting up.

The meditation should be done for three or eleven minutes.
