”He lives with joy and humility.
Make your way meditation.
Remember that you are immortal.
Walk in faith without being distracted from the high.
Perceived unity and brotherhood of all beings.
Conquer your mind and conquer the world.

What is not be described, no instrument is the sound that has no beginning.
Its shape is through all time.”

Description:

This Kundalini mantra is written in Gurmukhi. Known as “the ancient language of the gurus”, Gurmukhi is similar to modern Punjabi, an Indian language native to the state of Punjab. Therefore, these Kundalini mantras are syllables, words, or sounds, that are considered capable of creating spiritual transformation into the devotee’s life.

Kundalini Yoga meditation or any mantra meditation is one of the most effective and profound meditations you can do, so practice it seriously and find out for yourself all the wonderful beneficial effects of this timeless spiritual method.

Not all mantras are equal. While many Kundalini mantras can be thought of a potent affirmation, the sacred mantras from the Siri Guru Granth Sahib (the principal religious scripture of Sikhism) are imbued with a unique healing vibration that elevates the words from mere affirmations to the level of the Shabd Guru.

“In this Slok, he entirely completes the human anatomy, process, excellence, projection in the clearest words which one can easily understand. He says it with absolute clarity, sparing nothing. Guru Nanak salutes God as a yogi, by using the yogi’s salute: Aadays. Aadays means, “I salute Thou.” – Yogi Bhajan
