Yellow Dzambhala mantra lyrics:
”Om Dzambhala Dzalentraye Svaha.”
Yellow Dzambhala is the most well known of the wealth deities in Tibetan Buddhism. Dzambhala helps us to assure that of our needs are met and we have abundance, wealth, and prosperity in each and every area of our lives.
Some people have financial problems, others have big problems when they have money and Dzambhala helps to heal either. Additionally, He helps one achieve success in all projects and endeavors.
He is the foremost amongst the 5 Dzambhalas (wealth deities). The five Dzambhala are: Black Dzambhala, Yellow Dzambhala, White Dzambhala, Green Dzambhala and Red Dzambhala. All five Dzambhalas are said to be the wealth giving form of Chenrezig (Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara), meaning they originally emanated from the Compassionate Buddha. Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara is also known as Kuan Yin.
An ordinary image of Lord Dzambhala is one that holds a precious pagoda, which pours out various treasures. In Tibetan Buddhism images, the inestimable pagoda is replaced by the treasure-emitting mongoose. He sits on a lotus flower, sun disk and moon disk in the posture of royal ease. He also commonly has ornaments typical to that of the Bodhisattvas.
